Welcome to the LaFayette, Kentucky website. LaFayette is a small community in South-West Christian County, just North of the Ft. Campbell property line. While we may be small today, our past is very big! Before Ft. Campbell landed here this was one of the main through-ways between Hopkinsville and Dover. We’re strategically placed 20 miles from just about everything, which made for a convenient stop for travelers almost 200 years ago.

Old Timey Festival - This year’s festival is going to be on June 11th with a 10am parade through town. This is the 4th annual Old Timey Festival and we’re looking to make it better than before! LaFayette is a small community about 15 miles southwest of Hopkinsville in Christian County.
We’re always looking for parade participants. If you have a classic car, an antique tractor, a horse, a mule, or just about anything you can walk, ride, or drive it’s welcome! Are you a vendor? Come set up a booth in historic LaFayette during the festival! Visit the Festival website, www.OldTimeyFestival.com, to download, print and return the application to join us!
We plan to have live music again this year, and the performance list is still being created.
The Old Timey Festival committee would like to thank you in advance for your support and we hope to see you out! We would also like to thank the city of LaFayette, Mayor Francis, the City Council, the LaFayette General Store, and Becky’s Cafe for their continued support of our Festival. Please come on out and support them even before or after the Festival, they’re sure to take care of you!
